The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is made of high-quality Ti6Al4V alloy, meeting ISO5832-3:2016 standards. The suture is constructed from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven from several UHMWPE yarns conforming to ASTM F2848-17.
Blue sutures are derived from white UHMWPE dyed with FDA-approved blue material. The part of the inserter contacting the human body is manufactured from stainless steel conforming to ASTM F899-12b, while the handle is made of polycarbonate and ABS material for ergonomic use.
