About Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting Systems For Solar Panels:
The solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, solar panel specifications and other design schemes. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs must also be considered. It is necessary to control the cost and ensure the quality, so the service life of the bracket is very long. The support foundations are: straight into the ground, ground screws and cement piers.
GM4 double column can be ground bolt column or piling column. Ground screw posts allow for tiny height adjustments. The piling column strength is higher, and the requirements for installation accuracy are also higher.

1. Installing Ground Screws: The first step in installing a ground mount solar system is to install the ground screws. These screws are used to anchor the support structure to the ground. The screws are drilled into the soil using specialized equipment. The depth of the screw depends on the soil type, and it must be sufficient to hold the weight of the entire system.
2. Install the Beam and Diagonal Support Pole: After the foundation is prepared, it's time to install the beam and diagonal support pole. Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts. Next, attach the beam to the diagonal support pole and secure it with nuts and bolts.

3. Installing Rails: After the beam and diagonal support pole are in place, attach the rail that will support the solar panels. The rail should be attached to the beam using brackets and bolts. Ensure that the rail is level before moving to the next step.
4. Installing Solar Panels: Finally, attach the solar panels to the rail using mounting hardware. Make sure that each panel is securely fastened to the rail.
