This solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to maximum wind speeds, snow loads, and specific solar panel requirements. While ensuring high structural strength, we prioritize installation efficiency and labor cost reduction. Built with premium materials, this system offers an exceptionally long service life. Support foundations include direct ground insertion, ground screws, and cement piers.
The first step is anchoring the support structure to the ground using specialized screws drilled into the soil. Depth is determined by soil type to ensure stability for the entire weight of the system.
Connect the diagonal support poles to the top of the main posts using high-strength bolts and nuts once the foundation is secured.
Attach the rails that will directly support the solar panels. Rails are secured to the beams using specialized brackets. Precision leveling is required during this stage.
Finally, fasten the solar panels to the rails using mounting hardware, ensuring each panel is securely locked into place.
