The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from Ti6Al4V alloy, strictly meeting ISO5832-3:2016 requirements. The suture utilizes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven for superior strength according to ASTM F2848-17 standards.
For high visibility, the blue suture is dyed with FDA-approved materials (code 73.1015). The surgical inserter features a stainless steel tip (ASTM F899-12b) and an ergonomic handle made of durable polycarbonate and ABS material.
Our production facilities include advanced orthopedic surgical consumables manufacturing lines. To guarantee product quality and safety, we utilize a Class 100,000 clean workshop and a Class 10,000 purification laboratory. All products are fully compliant with CE certification and ISO 13485 standards.
