Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
A: Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO 13485 and CE approvals?
A: Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification for our products.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We can offer free samples for quality testing, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown in your catalogue?
A: Of course, you can send us pictures or samples for reference. Please note this may take slightly longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products. Payment <=800USD, 100% in advance. Payment >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q6: Are the orthopedic implants provided in sterile packaging?
A: As per product features, some items are provided in non-sterilization status. Please refer to the specific product feature list for details.
